All services are subject to availability, scheduling, site conditions, and applicable regulations.

Estimates and Quotes

Free estimates and quotes provided by Cariveau Site Solutions are:

  • Based on information provided by the customer and site conditions at the time of inspection
  • Valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
  • Subject to change if site conditions differ from initial assessment
  • Not binding until a written contract is signed by both parties

Additional charges may apply if unforeseen conditions are discovered during project execution, such as rock, underground utilities, or poor soil conditions.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service contract and may include:

  • Deposit required before work begins (typically 25-50% of total cost)
  • Progress payments for larger projects
  • Final payment due upon project completion
  • Accepted payment methods: check, cash, or bank transfer

Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law. Unpaid balances may result in liens on the property and collection actions.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule services:

  • Notice must be provided at least 48 hours before scheduled work
  • Cancellations after work has begun may result in charges for labor and materials used
  • Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or work has commenced
  • Weather-related delays will be rescheduled at no penalty

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your property and project requirements
  • Obtain necessary permits and approvals before work begins (unless agreed otherwise)
  • Mark underground utilities and notify us of any known hazards
  • Ensure clear access to the work area for equipment and personnel
  • Keep pets and children away from active work areas
  • Inform us of any site conditions that may affect the work

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your service contract and may include:

  • Workmanship warranties on completed projects
  • Material warranties as provided by manufacturers
  • Exclusions for damage caused by customer actions, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear

Warranty claims must be reported in writing within the warranty period specified in your contract.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cariveau Site Solutions shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Delays caused by weather, acts of God, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Damage to underground utilities not properly marked by the customer or utility companies
  • Issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the customer

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services in question.

Intellectual Property

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wilson County, North Carolina, or through the courts of North Carolina.

Changes to Terms
